Creating a significant drawcard for South Australia, we are collaborating with SKYCITY and Hansen Yuncken to both converting the historic train station into a thriving entertainment complex, in addition to the construction of a 10 Level Hotel/Resort Complex valued at over $330 million.

This new expansion will deliver a world-class entertainment precinct offering new restaurants, bars, cafes and a luxury hotel and spa. Such an iconic development will attract domestic, interstate and international visitors to the Riverbank Precinct in the heart of Adelaide. Included as part of the development, the existing Adelaide Casino will be revitalised and restored creating a unique experience for their customers and maintaining all heritage aspects of the building.

Construction commenced in June 2018 and is scheduled for completion in 2020. Our scope of works with the customer includes:

• Power Generator
• Main Switchboard & Distribution Board Design, Delivery & Install
• Tenant Switchboard and Submain Supply (including Base Build Fitout)

• Procurement and install of  specified specialist Light Fittings from the international market
• LED Lighting / Lighting Control Programing
• BMS Systems
