With a sound trade background and over 20 years’ experience both the Construction and Service Maintenance industries, Sam has worked with major companies including RCR O’Donnell Griffin and Electric Solutions, holding a range of diverse rolls including Service Supervisor, Account Manager and Project Manager. He has a broad knowledge of Service Delivery and specific Commercial expertise that ensures he defines project scope, plans execution and most importantly can identify, communicate and mange stakeholder needs in all the work he undertakes.

Sam leads an experienced team of CBD based Electricians and a Maintenance Technicians who carry out general electrical service and preventive maintenance across iconic Adelaide city sites.  Sam’s knowledge and expertise within the sector ensures that customers critical issues and assets are identified with the view to guarantee all operational risk is managed accordingly.  His committed approach allows him to connect with clients on a personal level, allowing him to understand their key drivers, issues and objectives that allow him to specifically design a solution for their facility. His experience and approach allows him to work with major domestic and international brands including JLL, Knight Frank, Colliers International, MRS Property, along with many property tenants.
